Production management (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Responsibility for compliance with the production plan and quality standards
• Consideration of occupational safety and environmental protection requirements
• Supervision of small projects and production trials
• Resource planning (including labor, raw materials, etc.)
• Employee management and training (including time account management)
• Operational purchasing
• Initiation and monitoring of continuous improvement processes
• Reporting to the Executive Board

Your skills

• Engineering studies in the field of electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering
• Several years of professional experience in production management or production management (desirable)
• Good understanding of technical contexts
• Goal-oriented and structured way of working
• Strong awareness of occupational safety, costs and quality
• High level of communication, social and leadership skills
• Confident handling of Office programs (e-mail, Excel, Word)
