Shift supervisor (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Responsibility for high productivity and quality in the ges. Production process
• Adjusting, retooling and programming systems and machines
• Management of a shift and subordinate employees
• Provision of raw and auxiliary materials
• Compliance with the production plan and quality standards
• Coordination and execution of maintenance
• Eliminate production faults or arrange for their elimination
• Supervision of small projects and production trials
• Initiation and monitoring of continuous improvement processes

Your skills

• Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic or industrial fitter or successful qualifications in similar areas
• First management experience as a shift supervisor
• Good understanding of technical contexts
• Goal-oriented and structured way of working
• Strong awareness of occupational safety, costs and quality
• High level of communication, social and leadership skills
• Willingness for shift work
